Romantic getaway while pregnant within 2 hours of Ann Arbor, Michigan?

We are looking to getaway somewhere relaxing (with an indoor pool) within a 2 hour or so drive from Ann Arbor, Michigan. Somewhere in Southern Michigan or perhaps Northern Ohio or Indiana. Not looking to spend a lot of money. Hoping to find a hotel with a pool and perhaps an event or attraction to go see. We are planning for the weekend of January 24th. I was hoping a winter festival may be going on or to find a winter train ride or dinner theater to go to. Looking to spend most of the time in the pool but we need a reason to visit somewhere and a fun event to do.

very romantic, honestly dont know if they have a pool but its close enough to lansing to check on events there
